Ingredients 250 g flour (Type 45) 75 g sugar 25 g melted butter 3 eggs A pinch of salt 500ml milk 1 tsp vanilla essence For Filling 1 cup freshly grated coconut / dessicated coconut 1 cup grated beetroot 2 cups sugar 3 tbsp water/ milk Raisins & cashews 1/2 tsp cardomom powder Oil/ ghee for frying.
